Reoperation

The patient come by referral, she had 2 days post-op from the all-on-4 surgery with problems doing the rehabilitation because of the smile line exposure. I removed all implants performed a new osteotomy and set up the new all-on 4 and immediate load.

She arrived at the office white this result:

Then I performed the surgery, removing the implants performed by the colleague, I did the new osteotomy and installed the new implants in the same session, and then we were able to get the space that the prosthetic was needing.
