With the extraction of 6 upper teeth, ridge regularization and installation of 5 implants without the use of a guide in autogenous bone. Using a 45 degree inclination in the posterior implants to escape the maxillary sinus region.
This surgery was a case where we did not obtain immediate loading and because of that we only used the screws to close the implants, later we used mini pillars to correct the angulation of the exit of the screws.
