In this case, we had to locate the floor of the maxillary sinus using the perforation technique, as soon as we located the floor of the maxillary sinus, we were able to identify the best position for installing the upper implants, keeping them inside the bone envelope.
I really like using angled implants tangent to the maxillary sinus because they provide adequate space between implants for cleaning and allow us to use implants up to 22mm in length.
