Full mouth extraction + Implants

This case was extensive, I performed 21 extractions + 5 implants in the maxilla and 4 implants in the mandible. This was done in a single session and the radiographs are 1 month apart.
We had the help of an anesthesiologist who went to the office to perform intravenous sedation.
